Meet Jasmine

Jasmine El Nabli is an enthusiastic registered dietitian with more than 10+ years of experience in the health and wellness sector. Jasmine holds an ms in nutrition and dietetics from Loma Linda university in Loma Linda, CA, and a BA in Psychology from Syracuse university in Syracuse, NY.

My mission is to empower individuals to adopt sustainable healthy lifestyle habits that begin with small changes in their daily lives. Using a combination of a whole-body approach and scientific research, I share nutrition insights, tips, and strategies via social media and through speaking engagements, media events, and management roles. A seasoned public speaker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for making nutrition and healthy eating accessible, digestible, and fun all with a proven track record in community building and leadership.

Experience & Approach

Nutrition is a foundational component in our overall health, longevity, and wellness. From an early age I always knew I was going to positively impact the lives of others. My vocation was through nutrition, mindset, and strength.  I first discovered my love and passion for health and nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute in Cleveland, Ohio where an integrative and lifestyle medicine approach was at the forefront. This whole-person, whole-body approach for optimal health and well-being has since been my approach.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience in both inpatient clinical settings as well as outpatient settings. With the goal of providing individuals with the skills and tools to reach their optimal health, I have led: lifestyle change programs, nutrition seminars for private and corporate clients, group and private cooking classes, healthy grocery tours, food demonstrations, and I could go on. Having experience in both areas solidified my calling to serve as a health and wellness lifestyle change agent.

In addition to my formal education and work experience, I am also very much an active member in the fitness community with a  strong emphasis in strength training and bodybuilding. Physical fitness and strength play a fundamental role in our mental wellbeing as well as physical health. In 2016 I competed in the National Physique Committee (NPC) placing 1st in my class as well as taking the California State Champion Title. I am now recognized as an authority figure among peers, friends, and gym-goers, but that’s not where I started. My fitness journey began doing mostly cardio and some assisted weight lifting machines, but as I began to align myself with knowledgeable individuals in the industry I began incorporating strength training into my fitness routine. Throughout this time I learned first-hand how important our nutrition, mindset and habits can positively impact our overall fitness and strength goals.


Over the years I have learned that creating healthy eating and lifestyle habits without the right tools, skills, knowledge, and guidance is often seen as a daunting task, but that’s where I come in. I am here to show you that becoming the happiest and healthiest version of yourself can be done!
